A stranger shoved a 54-year-old man onto the tracks at a Brooklyn subway stop Tuesday, police said.
The straphanger was waiting at the D/N/R platform at the 25th St. station at 4th Ave. in Sunset Park about 10 a.m. when he got into an argument with the suspect
As the argument heated up, the suspect pushed the victim onto the tracks, cops said.
The victim hit the trackbed, but missed the third rail, police said. Other commuters managed to help him back onto the platform before a train could enter the station.
The suspect jumped on a department train on the other side of the platform, but was grabbed by cops at the next stop.
