Rapper 50 Cent has released the dates for his upcoming global tour, commemorating the 20th Anniversary of his historic debut album, “Get Rich or Die Tryin’,” with two dates in New York and one planned for New Jersey.
The Final Lap Tour 2023, presented by Sire Spirits, will make stops across North America and Europe, with special guests Busta Rhymes and Jeremih, reports Variety.
The tour will hit Darien Center, N.Y. on Aug. 5 and Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on Aug. 9, before popping down to Freedom Mortgage Pavilion in Camden, N.J. on Aug. 12.
The 47-year-old rapper, actor and entrepreneur took to social media Thursday to announce the dates.
“You’ve waited long enough!” 50 Cent tweeted out. “THE FINAL LAP TOUR celebrating GET RICH OR DIE TRYIN’ – 20 YEARS LATER with special guest and longtime friend Busta Rhymes across all dates, and Jeremih on all North American dates is coming your way in 2023!”
The North American tour runs from July 21 through Sept 17., with the European leg kicking off Sept. 28.
Performances are anticipated to feature fan-favorite songs and chart-topping hits, in addition to tracks which haven’t been performed in decades.
News of the tour comes just months after 50 Cent announced a non-exclusive broadcast deal with Fox to begin developing scripted dramas, comedies and animated series with his production company G-Unit Film & Television.
