A 14-year-old boy was been arrested for fatally stabbing a Bloods gang member more than twice his age on Staten Island, police said Friday.
The teen was arrested by detectives with the 120th Precinct on Thursday night for the murder Wednesday of Jamel Carmona, 36, in a case being investigated as gang-related.
Carmona was stabbed once in the chest Wednesday about 9 p.m. inside a building at the Stapleton Houses on Hill St. near Tompkins Ave., police said.
Medics took him to Staten Island University North Hospital where he died.
The teen, whose name was not released because of his age, was also charged with manslaughter, assault and illegal weapons possession.
