A muscle car was ripped in half following a brutal crash on the Belt Parkway that left two motorists dead in Queens Saturday morning, cops said.
The driver of a Dodge Challenger was heading west on the Belt Parkway near Springfield Blvd. in Laurelton at 3:47 a.m., when it collided with the rear end of a Mazda CX-5, according to police.
The crash sent the Dodge muscle car on a collision course with a nearby pole, which ripped the vehicle in half, cops said.
A 29-year-old woman was found dead on the scene, while paramedics rushed a 35-year-old man to Jamaica Hospital, where he died, cops said.
The Mazda driver, a 32-year-old woman, was uninjured following the crash and remained at the scene of the collision, according to police.
